What size and thicknesses are available?
18mm thick board is available in 2400x1200mm and 3600x1200mm sheets.
25mm thick board is available in 2400x1200mm sheets only and best suited for cupboard doors.
FLEX board is available in 2400x1200mm and 3600x1200mm and best suited for curving. Thickness varies depending on pattern.
Do you provide finishes?
Our panels are supplied raw.
We recommend the sheets are properly primed and sanded; then finished in either acrylic, enamel or 2-pac polyurethane paint and to check with a paint supplier.
What is your lead time?
Panels can be machined within 5-10 business days. We ship Australia wide, delivery times vary based on location.
Do you cut panels to size?
We can cut to size, cutting Across the pattern is fine, however if you require sheets cut with the profile, pattern matching is required based on where the cut ends in relation to the flute/rib so we recommend doing this on site to suit the structure.
How do I join the panels?
The panels are butt jointed and cut at a particular point in the pattern to ensure accurate pattern matching.
Fluted panels start and end with half a flute.
Ribbed panels start and end on a full rib.
Battened panels start on a batten and end on a rebate.
Our samples are also cut like this.
Can you customise patterns?
These are possible depending on the design. Contact us with your design and we can quote accordingly.
What radius can FLEX panels achieve?
Minimum radius varies depending on the pattern, tighter radii can be achieved but are not recommended. We have tested and recommend the following for both internal and external curves in the Across pattern:
Ribbed
R12 - 250mm
R19 - 300mm
R38 - 500mm
Fluted
F25 - 300mm
F50 - 500mm
F70 - 900mm
Battened
B20 - 300mm
B40 - 500mm
B60 - 700mm
Angled
A30 - 300mm
A45 - 500mm
A65 - 700mm

Can the panels be used as doors?
As this product is designed as 'cladding' like many board materials they are not designed to be free hanging, they need to be installed on to an adequate substrate. For full height doors the product should be applied as cladding to an actual door or to another panel of equal thickness to help keep the panel from bowing.
